Since 2008, I have been sharing with people in the United States how they can take control of their finances so should another life-altering event occur, they can manage because of the positive tools & resources they are provided through our programs. I truly believe that when you know better, you do better. So many people have been misinformed when it comes to money & credit management that it has become my objective to provide my clients with the education needed to succeed when it comes to their personal economics.
My prayer is that whatever I expose my clients’ to, that it gets passed on to future generations. We must begin to understand that wealth is generational…and so is poverty!

As a native New Yorker I’ve been in the real estate, mortgage and credit industries since 1991 when I obtained my real estate license at the age of 19.
Early on real estate was a huge passion of mine and every time I’ve tried to leave the industry, it eventually pulled me back in!
Going through the many ups and downs the industry (and markets) can bring…In 2008 I changed my focus to significantly and effectively empower consumers to learn how to build wealth leveraging their credit power. Once the credit is where it needs to be…using it as a tool in the real estate world can change the trajectory of someone’s life almost instantly.
At Monique Macklin Realty, my mission is to help my clients control their own economic narrative. To show them how to expeditiously become #MortgageReady …to take a multi family home and leverage it into a multi million dollar net worth and so much more.
